Shipping and Delivery

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed normally the next business day (unless received before 9am the same day for orders within Dubai) Some area’s such as Al Ain or locations not in major urban areas make take a little longer to process and ship too. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed, in such an event, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email and inform accordingly.
SHIPMENT DELIVERY PROVIDERS
We use various courier companies to ship orders and we are not liable: for mistakes made by any of them or such things as: wrong address or number given by customers; damage to order by postal service; PO box issues; stolen packages after delivery.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The shipping & handling charge, when promotions are not in place, are as follows for orders under AED 150 are i) AED 15 anywhere in the UAE (weight below 10kg) and AED 25 (for 10kg-25kg) anything above this will be quoted at the time, although we reserve the right to amend these rates at any time and it is for customers to ensure they are upto date with our rates prior to shipment by visiting our website!! Delivery delays can occur during busy shopping seasons. In the case of Cash on delivery there is an additional AED 10 handling charge to be collected at time of delivery.
SHIPMENT DESTINATIONS AND P.O. BOXES
Paws4us only ships to addresses with contact name and numbers and including P.O. Boxes, where appropriate.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Orders completed after 9am (UAE time) will only be processed the following business day.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
Paws4us is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc).
DAMAGES
Paws4us is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
