Return Policy

Items purchased from Paws4Us are eligible for a refund as Store Credit if the product is deemed defective by our Experienced Team.

REFUND POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Paws4us, but we understand that sometimes things can go wrong. Below are the terms and conditions of our refund policy.

DEFECTIVE / DAMAGED PRODUCT(S)

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. We will require details and photo(s)/video(s) of the product in question to verify the issue. If the product is confirmed as defective or damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will issue you Store Credit for the value of the product. We may also require the defective or damaged product to be returned to us at our cost. Defects or damage resulting from accidents, neglect, misuse are not covered by our Return Policy.

MISSING / WRONG PRODUCT(S)

If you are missing an item from your order or have received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible. We will require the packing slip from your order to validate what was sent in your parcel. Any incorrectly sent products must be returned unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Our team will provide a return label for any product that is required to be shipped back to our depot. Once we receive the returned product, we will issue you a Store Credit for the value of the product.

WRONG PRODUCT(S) ORDERED

If you have ordered the wrong product, we can proceed with a refund as Store Credit as long as the product is UNUSED, UNOPENED, and in original packaging. You will need to send the product back to our depot at your own shipping cost. Once we receive the returned product, we will proceed with the refund as Store Credit. Please note that returned items that are damaged or used may not be accepted for a refund as Store Credit at the discretion of Paws4us. We can ship the product back to you at your own cost.
